1. Shipping

  • Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier services.

  • Currently, shipping is available in domestic regions and selected international locations.

2. Refunds & Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days
  • We have a 7-day replacement policy; if the replacement is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days and refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.

  • All book sales are final.

  • Refunds are only offered if:

    • The book arrives damaged.

    • You receive the wrong item.

  • To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number plus a photo of the issue.

  • Replacements will be processed and delivered within 7–10 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs.
